The innovator is a leader in Sales Enablement and Capability building. Through the deep knowledge and experience in the domain, he laid the initial architecture for a digital SaaS tool that would provide Sales Managers the right tool for Sales Enablement.
We cooperated with the client in setting the structure, defining the architecture and designing this tool in a completely Agile process. Based on self-developed assessment/survey technology the tool conquered a niche with its unique features to provide deep Insights and important GAP analysis information.
