Here we have tried to gather the most frequent questions that we hear from customers

How is the billing?

We can agree upon a fixed monthly billing or billing per "consumption". You can define a budget or you can leave it open. At the end of the ongoing month you receive an invoice to be settled within 10 days from the invoice-date.

Do you have a binding period?

No we do not make contracts with lengthy binding periods. The concept is SDaaS and therefore you are free to end the contract by the end of the ongoing month. You can also scale up or down as you see fit for your current situation.

How long does it take before we can begin?

The startup process varies depending on the scale of the required resources. Usually it will be a longer process the more seniority is required. The same can be said regarding the required number of developers. Usually the startup process will be between 3-6 weeks.
